Bargain Mail Order offers quality and affordable products. Our goal is to offer you quality at a wholesale cost without imposing outrageous shipping charges. We strive to make your purchase as easy as possible in hopes of your return as a customer.

Payment Methods

  • Credit card: Visa, Master card
  • Prepay by check: 7-10 business day wait till shipment
  • No COD
  • Cash, Check, or Money order (check must clear before shipping)

Exchanges and Return Policies

  • No refund on shipping charges.
  • Leather products may be returned for another size within 5 days of receiving. Buyer must send return postage.
  • No returns on special orders.
  • No returns on scooters.
  • Original receipt is required for returns or exchanges.
  • No returns or exchanges accepted after 5 days. Merchandise must be received by Bargain Mail Order within 15 days from the date authorization is issued.
  • 5 days for refund or credit for product in new condition with original package and accessories. In the event of an incomplete return Bargain Mail Order reserves the right to refuse refund or charge a 25% restocking fee if items are missing or show use.
  • All returns without a  Return Authorization Number can not be accepted.
  • Returns must be in like new condition in original box and packaging. Returns should be sent prepaid to Bargain Mail Order 3266 Ruckriegel Parkway. Louisville, KY 40299 with the RMA# clearly visible on at least 2 sides of the package.
  • Refunds of cash or check purchases will be issued by check within 15 business days from the day merchandise is received by Bargain Mail Order. Credit card purchases will be refunded same day we receive and inspect return.
  • Prices are final at time of sale. Each Items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Bargain Mail Order is not responsible for damage done while being shipped. Shipping Insurance is available from UPS and USPS for additional cost.
  • Scooter orders. Once a scooter has been used it can NOT be returned. If you have a problem you can use the factory warranty to fix the problem but under no circumstances will we refund payment for a returned used scooter.

Warranty Info

  •  Scooters have 30 day parts factory warranty. If you have any defective parts we will replace them (customer pays shipping). Scooters can NOT be returned or exchanged.
  • Some products have addition warranty and will state that warranty in the description.

Credit Card Shipping

  • We can only ship the correct billing address of the credit card used to make the purchase.
  • If you need to have something shipped to a address other than your billing address for the credit card you must call your credit card company and add that address as a authorized billing address for that card before the order can be placed.
  • If the above can not be done we ask that you send a check or money order rather than using your credit card.

Credit Card Fraud

  • We use www.ChargeBackHistory.com to pre-check for fraudulent charges and chargeback oriented purchasers.
    Customers having one or more chargeback's for any reason will be required to sign additional paperwork.
